PC阳光板与frp采光瓦两者的区别
1.组成结构

FRP采光板是玻璃纤维强化聚酯(FRP采光板),俗称玻璃钢,又称透明瓦,其主要由上膜、不饱和树脂和玻璃纤维组成。

PC阳光板是由聚碳酸酯上表面共挤一层50um抗紫外线UV层,中空结构挤出成型的高性能采光材料。

2.生产原料

PC阳光板的生产原料是聚碳酸酯,是一种性能优异的工程塑料,其具有质轻,难燃,高抗冲击强度,高透光率,高稳定性,成品易弯曲等特性。而且是一种节能,环保材料。是制作采光材料的首选材料。
The raw material of PC solar panel is polycarbonate, which is a kind of engineering plastics with excellent properties. It has the characteristics of light weight, flame retardant, high impact strength, high transmittance, high stability and easy bending of finished products. It is also an energy saving and environmental friendly material. It is the first choice for making daylighting materials.
frp的主要材料是不饱和树脂,其强度高,易燃,树脂本身在50℃以上易分解,稳定性较差。树脂是化学合成而成,采用苯乙烯溶剂,有毒。
The main material of FRP is unsaturated resin, which has high strength and flammability. The resin itself is easy to decompose above 50 C and has poor stability. Resins are chemically synthesized and are toxic to styrene.

高质量的PC阳光板和frp采光板其透光性都能达到80%左右,区别便是PC阳光板的通透性更强;原因便是frp为组合材料,其中的玻璃纤维阻挡了视线,加上树脂本身的通透性较差,造成实现呈现雾状。
High-quality PC solar panels and FRP daylighting panels can achieve about 80% of their light transmittance, the difference is that PC solar panels are more transparent; the reason is that FRP as a combination of materials, glass fiber blocked the line of sight, coupled with poor resin permeability, resulting in the realization of fog.
4.保温性

单单从原材料来比对,pc的传热系数为0.2W/m.k,FRP的传热系数为0.4w/m.k,再加上pc阳光板为中空结构,使得PC阳光板的保温性能远远优于FRP采光板。也就是说,阳光板比frp采光板更加节能环保。
Comparing from raw materials alone, the heat transfer coefficient of PC is 0.2W/m.k, the heat transfer coefficient of FRP is 0.4w/m.k, and the PC solar panel is hollow structure, which makes the thermal insulation performance of PC solar panel much better than that of FRP solar panel. In other words, sunlight panels are more energy efficient and environmental friendly than FRP panels.
