1.FRP玻璃钢采光瓦在固定前需先导孔，孔径必须大于固定螺丝直径的5-9mm，作为热胀和冷缩之用。

1.FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic lighting tile needs pilot holes before fixing, and the aperture must be larger than 5-9mm of the fixed screw diameter, which is used for thermal expansion and cold shrinkage.

2.FRP玻璃钢采光瓦采用铝型材扣件固定,波形的FRP玻璃钢瓦采用FRP的玻璃钢瓦支架以及自攻螺钉连接固定,再打胶密封。FRP玻璃钢瓦的位置一般都是设置在跨中。

3.FRP玻璃钢采光瓦与钢板在纵向搭接时，最小必须有201mm的重叠，并贴置两条止水带。

4.FRP玻璃钢采光瓦与自攻螺钉连接,必须有盖板。阳光板冷热变形较大,容易被自攻钉剪破,因此阳光板在打自攻钉处应开较大孔。在安装FRP玻璃钢瓦时要考虑FRP玻璃钢采光瓦的伸缩性。

4.FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic tile must be covered with self tapping screws. The sunlight board is bigger in cold and hot deformation, and is easier to be cut by self tapping nails. Therefore, the sun board should open larger holes in self tapping. When installing FRP FRP tile, the flexibility of FRP FRP tile must be considered.

5.FRP玻璃钢采光瓦固定时，必须使用良好的泛水垫圈，使之介于螺丝与FRP玻璃钢采光瓦之间，以便于防水防尘。将泛水垫圈套入螺丝内以后，用电钻锁入檩条内，即完成FRP玻璃钢瓦的固定工作。

5.FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic light tile must be fixed at a fixed time, so that a good water flooding washer should be used between the screw and the FRP glass fiber reinforced plastic tile, so as to be waterproof and dust-proof. After the water flooding washer is inserted into the screw, the electric drill is locked into the purlin so that the FRP FRP tile can be fixed.
