透明玻璃钢瓦制作方法
1、手糊工艺①配方：(191#树脂100份;过氧化环已酮4份或甲乙酮2份,环烷酸钴溶液l～4份，色浆适量。②制作方法：将聚酯薄膜裁成2.1米长、宽约1.1米的操作平台上，铺放一层聚酯薄膜，在薄膜上铺好1层方格布，再在方格布上铺1层方格布，再在上面铺簿膜再铺2层方格布在铺薄膜。如此重复铺放许多层，当铺好后再进行手糊操作生产，用塘瓷把缸从塘瓷桶中取出配好的胶料倒在铺好的最上层方格布上，用一个大刮板将树脂迅速均匀展开，另取1张聚酯薄膜盖在上面。换一个小刮板在聚酯薄上面刮除夹在方格布中的气泡。当方格布全部被树脂液浸渍，气泡全部赶除后，将夹有方格布的上层薄膜一起，移放在一波型金属模具上或其它材质的波型正模具上，待固化即成一张绿色玻璃钢波纹瓦板，再重复上述操作即能得到若干张玻型瓦，每一模具瓦可叠放许多层新做的瓦，然后锯边修整即可出售。2、拉挤工艺玻璃钢注意事项玻璃钢采光瓦安装注意要点：铺设完毕以后，预留出采光板的位置，施工由檐口逐步往屋脊方向进行。采光板直接扣在钢板的侧波峰上。采光瓦在固定前先导孔，孔径必须大于固定螺丝直径的6-9mm，以作为热胀冷缩之用。采光瓦与钢板在纵向搭接时，最小必须有200mm的重叠，并贴置两条止水带。采光瓦固定时，必须使用良好的泛水垫圈，使之介于螺丝与采光板之间，以便于防水防尘。将泛水垫圈套入螺丝内以后，用电钻锁入檩条内，即完成采光板的固定工作。采光瓦施工时，严禁脚直接踩在波峰上，以免采光板开裂。必须在采光板的横向位置，放置一块1200mmx300mm{长x 宽)防滑厚木板，脚踩在其上进行采光板的导孔和固定螺丝工作。
