采光板采用铝型材扣件固定，波形采光板采用采光板支架和自攻螺钉连接固定，再打胶密封。采光板的位置一般设置在跨中。
The lighting board is fixed by aluminium fastener, the wavy lighting board is fixed by lighting board bracket and tapping screw, and then sealed by glue. The position of the daylighting board is generally set in the middle of the span.
采光板与自攻螺钉连接，必须有盖板。阳光板冷热变形较大,容易被自攻钉剪破，因此阳光板在打自攻钉处应开较大孔。在安装采光板时要考虑采光板的伸缩性。
Lighting plate and tapping screw connection, must have a cover. The sunshine plate is easy to be cut by self-tapping nails because of its large cold and hot deformation. Therefore, the sunshine plate should open larger holes in the place of self-tapping nails. When installing the lighting board, the flexibility of the lighting board should be considered.
采光板在12m以内无需搭接，超过12m则需要搭接，搭接长度为200 - 400mm，搭接处施涂二道密封胶，横向搭胶不需收边，纵向彩钢板的搭接需看板型。普通压型钢板，一般不考虚做收边，直接将其与彩板用自攻钉固定，并施涂密封封胶,咬合板则需做收边。采光板纵向长度方向搭接应设置在檀条附近。采光板的常规分类有:经济型，耐候型，隔热型，阻燃型，防腐型五大类型。采光板常用的规格有:750型，840型，820型，980型，950型，900型，475型，760型，以及1m-1.2m宽平板等100余种板型。
There is no need to lap the daylighting board within 12m, but more than 12m needs to lap. The lap length is 200 - 400mm. Two sealants are applied at the lap. There is no need to close the lateral lap, and Kanban type is needed for the lap of the longitudinal color steel plate.
