Installation and use of daylighting tile
1.采光瓦在固定前需先导孔，孔径必须大于固定螺丝直径的50%，以避免热胀冷缩产生的内应力胀裂采光瓦。
1. The guide hole is needed before fixing the shingles. The diameter of the shingles must be greater than 50% of the diameter of the fixing screw, so as to avoid the internal stress cracking caused by thermal expansion and cold contraction.
2.采光瓦采用铝型材扣件固定,波形采光瓦采用采光瓦支架和自攻螺钉连接固定,再打胶密封。采光瓦的位置一般设置在跨中。
2. Light shining tile is fixed by aluminum fastener, wavy light shining tile is fixed by light shining tile bracket and tapping screw, and then sealed by glue. The position of the shingles is usually set in the middle of the span.
3. 采光瓦与钢板在纵向搭接时，最小必须有200mm的重叠，并贴置两条止水带。
3. When the shining tile and the steel plate are overlapped longitudinally, the minimum must be 200 mm, and two water stops are attached.
4.采光瓦与自攻螺钉连接,必须有盖板。阳光板冷热变形较大,容易被自攻钉剪破,因此阳光板在打自攻钉处应开较大孔。在安装采光板时要考虑采光板的伸缩性。
4. The shining tile must be connected with tapping screw, and must have a cover plate. The sunshine plate is easy to be cut by self-tapping nails because of its large cold and hot deformation. Therefore, the sunshine plate should open larger holes in the place of self-tapping nails. When installing the lighting board, the flexibility of the lighting board should be considered.
5. 采光瓦固定时，必须使用良好的泛水垫圈，使之介于螺丝与采光板之间，以便于防水防尘。 将泛水垫圈套入螺丝内以后，用电钻锁入檩条内，即完成采光板的固定工作。
5. When fixing the shining tile, a good flooding washer must be used to make it between the screw and the shining plate in order to be waterproof and dustproof. After the flooding washer is inserted into the screw, the electric drill is locked into the purlin to complete the fixing of the lighting plate.
6.采光瓦在12m以内无需搭接,超过12m则需要搭接,搭接长度为200 - 400mm,搭接处施涂二道密封胶,横向搭胶不需收边,纵向彩钢板的搭接需看板型,普通压型钢板,一般不考虑做收边,直接将其与彩板用自攻钉固定,并施 涂密封封胶,咬合板则需做收边。
6. No overlap is needed for daylighting shingles within 12m, and overlap is needed for more than 12m. The length of overlap is 200 - 400mm. Two sealants are applied at the overlap. No side-closing is needed for horizontal overlap. Kanban type is needed for overlap of longitudinal color steel plate. Normally, common profiled steel plate is not considered as side-closing. It is fixed directly with self-tapping nail with color plate and sealed with sealant. Need to do edge closing.
